Looking for better external support for you or your team?  We will serve in a support capacity for each C-level executive, progressing the portfolio objectives on a weekly basis.  Focus positions are CEO, COO, CRO/VP of Sales and CMO/ VP of Marketing.  Unlike traditional coaching styles that are often regarded as too passive, Exit North is able to take meaningful and dynamic actions where desired by the client, which could include providing changes to policies, processes, Sales content, Marketing materials, Board materials along with drafting or editing internal or external communications. We also interview job candidates as part of all our service packages.
